Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in genuine cases. If an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is delivered, please notify BunchesBasketsUSA.com as soon as possible. To assist us in investigating and resolving the issue promptly, customers or recipients must provide clear photographs of the delivered product within 48 hours of delivery.

Based on the nature of the complaint, we may offer a replacement, redelivery, store credit, or refund. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will remain at the sole discretion of BunchesBasketsUSA.com.

For the fastest resolution, please contact our customer support team with details of your concern. We may request additional information, photographs, or supporting documentation to evaluate the issue. Any approved refund will be limited to the value of the affected product(s). Where an incorrect product has been delivered, we may arrange a replacement with the correct item or reimburse any applicable price difference.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The delivery address, apartment number, doorbell information, recipient name, or contact details provided by the customer are incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or refuses to accept the order.

The product is damaged, mishandled, improperly stored, or otherwise affected after successful delivery.

Fresh flowers, cakes, fruits, plants, gift baskets, handmade sweets, and other perishable products have been successfully delivered to the address provided in the order.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a deduction of up to 7% of the order value to cover payment processing fees, banking charges, and administrative costs.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, shipped, or handed over for delivery, cancellations, modifications, and refunds will not be possible.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued will be at the sole discretion of BunchesBasketsUSA.com.
